Due to the uniqueness of Aura Kittenn crystals, tarot readings, and handmade items, I currently do not offer returns or refunds of any kind amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.

However, if your items arrive damaged or you never receive them, please contact me directly at aurakittenn@gmail.com and I can walk you through steps on filing a claim with USPS.
