Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is subject to change at anytime.

Processing times - Aura Kittenn can take up to 5-7 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed it will be delivered to the post office which at that time we recommend checking your tracking number for shipping supplier updates. Shipping times - Depending on which shipping method is chosen at check out will determine your shipping time. Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic shipping times can vary or be delayed. Please be patient and understand that sometimes shipping times are out of our control. If you have issues with your shipping time or your package seems delayed please contact us at aurakittenn@gmail.com (Subject - Shipping Times).

Shipping carriers - Aura Kittenn uses USPS for domestic orders. Currently we do not ship outside the U.S.

Order was not delivered - If your order was not delivered to the address provided at check out please contact us at aurakittenn@gmail.com (Subject - Delivery) 

Tracking numbers - Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed.
